Worst service and irresponsible agents. They dont take care the property. Poor communication and unethical behaviour. Think twice before dealing with them.
We had a rental through Hard and Co. They did not take care of the property at all. When our first tenant moved out, they did not get the damage fixed and didn't even tell us about it. There were holes in walls and doors, the paint was damaged, fly screens were missing, the garage was a mess with speakers and wires everywhere and the back yard waas left a mess. They then moved another tenant in on a six month lease without our permission and without advertising the property. They moved her in so quickly that we weren't able to go into the property for an inspection. When the house was hit by lightening and the roof damaged, there was a hole in the bathroom roof with the fan hanging out along with the smoke detector in the hallway, but Hard and Co told us there was no damage and that we didn't need to get it fixed.If you value your investment property, do not use Hard and Co.
