Agent Chris Bender has given a 120 day notice to tenants who are noisy bang on walls at all hours of the night. Theses tenants are in a unit with a common wall with my tenants unit. I informed Chris Bender that as theses units had a common wall Consumer Affairs had notified me they could be given 2 / 14 day notices with another 14 day notice to leave as theses units have common walls and are thus treated like motels, rooming houses, and caravan parks. After informing him of this he ignored what consumer affairs said and left the tenants with 120 days notice. If I lose my tenant I will take him to VCAT for compensation. what a nightmare this agency is!
