John and I discovered we were without water after the work day but we had exemplary service provided, whereby Mitchell Irrigation opened after hours, 7:00 in fact, to enable us to acquire the plumbing and filter system needed to fix the problem. Of course, we were all delighted to have water and hot showers as the end result.! Thank you Jack of Mitchell Irrigation!!

Very thankful for Jack's professionalism and customer service focus. Jack opened his store on the June long weekend and helped with the purchase of a replacement pump. The pump was for a major Scout Campsite which had an unexpected equipment failure during the event that put our water reserves at risk. With over 1000 participants on site, water is an essential service, waiting until the business week was not an option. Jack's assistance allowed us to drop by and pick up a replacement pump and get our site fully operational again within a couple of hours and we didn't need to rely on our contingencies & emergency management plans.
A good range of products at a fair price. Jack has been very helpful with advice on garden irrigation, and vineyard irrigation. With this help we've been able to introduce inexpensive automation to the vineyard. There is also a good range of pumps and the knowledge to point us to the right one for the job. Cheers, Sam
