Ian and his father have been amazing. Not only have I called him and he came out today when we he was on holidays, he even gave us some tips on different ways to jump start the car. I went into there shop a few months ago after receiving a ridiculous quote from another company before I handed over our money his father was giving me a whole list of places to look before I had to spend money getting a new key. Although I never found them, there was every chance we could of and to give me all that help and advise before happily taking my money goes way beyond customer service.
