Racist and rude test instructors. Not punctual on office timings, no machine generated queue system and no one to assist you with your query. Unprofessional staff.
On entering the office and taking my number from the machine, my heart sank, there were a lot of people ahead of me.But my goodness, the two ladies on the front desk were so quick and so efficient I was extremely surprised at how quickly my number came up, and my enquiry and purchase was dealt with.
