Have been a member since November 2018... Great staff, always happy to help... love the fast paced high-calorie burning workouts... Great location and parking facilities.. they have many classes a day at the most convenient times... highly recommend the Ringwood centre..
Music cringey and too loud
Best of the best. F45 has a good reputation in the marketplace. F45 Ringwood is in my opinion, the cream of the crop. What makes it so? The atmosphere. The trainers create a culture of "no pretense", and the members that stay adhere to that. There is genuine delight in seeing others better themselves, and I love being part of it.
Came for the fitness, stayed for the Soap. I mean the varied high itensity workouts, the world class coaching, and the fun upbeat and infectious culture is great. But truly the best thing about The Ringwood F45 is the soap in the showers. I'm pretty sure it's farmed from the happy tears of magestic unicorns at a laugh factory. My skin has never been happier. Seriously... come try it out. You won't regret it!
