As a doctor myself, i found their service to be prompt, diverse, and contemplating. They made me feel at home and they solicited well.
Something seriously needs to be done about the way the doctors here overlook patient results. I have been feeling I'll for weeks received my blood tests today, they told me everything was fine. They had no solution to why I was feeling I'll. Thankfully I trusted my gut and got a second opinion elsewhere. My results were not fine at all. I will be making a formal complaint and taking this further. I was literally shocked to learn my results.My question is how many other people have they overlooked here? How many people may have something really wrong and are given the incorrect results?Always trust your body when it tells you something isn't feeling right, wether it's small or big always always trust your body
Place has gone down hill.Waiting time over 3 hours, still sitting on the same dirty disease ridden seats.If you weren't sick when you got here you would definitely have something when you left
After being patient there for 7 years I found that they have Poor customer service, They over prescribe antibiotics on a regular basis, The only two doctorsI liked there stopped practicing. The doctors there only care.about the money not treating patients. Waiting times are ridiculous and you are better off making appointments at the Family Medical Centre in Ringwood Square or Appointments at Main Street Medical in Lilydale. You get better service there.
I was here with a friend & she got skipped multiple times after asking when was she going to be the next called. The lady at the reception counter was so rude and incompetent with her job. She basically could not give us an answer. How easy is it, to just tell us the correct information and not put us off. One of the doctors even saw my friend and looked at her in the eyes, at no time did he acknowledge her whatsoever for waiting in the queue other people. To be honest, if you come after whoever has been in line first, you need to choose the people that have already been here. Worst place to ever go to.
